With the organic certified garden central to the business, a horse riding facility began more than 30 years ago and has gradually expanded with small conference facilities, lockers, toilet block and library, workshop space, a garden pergola, glamping, and, in 2012, opened the sustainably built 9 bedroom guest house and organic certified restaurant called The Three Towers Eco House Organic Kitchen. The Three Towers Eco Kitchen is one of only 2 restaurants certified organic in Ireland, and the only one in the West!
Today Slieve Aughty Centre is a family owned eco-friendly equestrian and activity leisure centre set on 17 acres of rugged Galway land. Guests have miles of trails for walking, cycling, horse riding and exploring nature as well as a stunning location for rejuvenation, relaxation and celebration!
Immerse yourself in nature’s wonders, spend quality time with family, go horse riding or walking through the forest, relax at The Three Towers Eco House, and dine on delicious organic food. Leave your worries behind and relax for a day or a week.

We at Raheen N.S. had such a fabulous day in Slieve Aughty Centre on our recent outing and this was not our first visit.  From start to finish everything was brilliant. Promoting Sustainable Living and Nature Conservation​ in Ireland
CELT is a registered charity providing education, training and awareness-raising in environmental issues, traditional crafts workshops, sustainable living and nature conservation. CELT is a member of Irish Environmental Network (IEN) and through this organisation receive annual core funding from the Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment (DCCAE).
